Since my children got married and moved to different states, I’ve made it a tradition to send them Medjool dates at the start of Ramadan. Before they were even born, Medjool dates were a staple in our home—whether sourced from Southern California or gifted by family. No other dates compare in taste and quality.
A few years ago, I discovered how easy it was to order Medjool dates online and have them delivered directly to my children. Since then, it has become an annual Ramadan gift. The dates are always fresh, delicious, and arrive quickly—even if I order at the last minute.
Now, it’s not just my children who look forward to them. Their friends and families have also come to love these dates, and over 150 people have started purchasing them after trying them at my children’s iftar tables. The soft Rutab dates are a particular favorite, though I personally enjoy the firmer, fancy tight skin varieties as well.
This tradition has brought us closer, even across distances, and I’m grateful for the convenience of sharing a taste of home with my loved ones.

What began a couple of years ago as a midnight impulse buy has turned into my favorite no-guilt way to treat myself and friends! This year I've purchased 6 boxes of the soft rhutabs to share and freeze. (I used my vacuum sealer after an internet search and friends said the dates would be perfect when thawed.). The slightly crisp exterior (barely) with that amazing caramel center is totally addictive. The nutrition, fiber and low glycemic index make these a treat that's hard to beat. Try them!

These are THE BEST dates we have ever had! Soft, sweet and caramely flavor. Every date is in excellent condition. After snacking on a few straight from the box, we tried them as the main ingredient in our Date Truffles and they turned out so incredibly good! The whole batch was gone in less than a day.

My dates could not come here fast enough. I buy them from the store all the time and like them just fine but all the reviews said how soft and juicy these fates are. The store ones are always kind of hard. OH MY GOSH!!! These dates are so soft and juicy and delicious. I made date snicker bard for the first time, and that is better than any snickers bar I've ever had. I used fresh ground no sugar added peanut butter and unsalted peanuts to sprinkle over the peanut butter and dark more bitter chocolate. Just yummy wow i highly recommend these dates.

This shipment was a mess. Some dates were crushed between the lid and box so badly that I had to pry the lid off with a knife. There were several dates smashed against the lid. I know you can't do much about how USPS handles the boxes, but you could go a long way by adding a layer of waxed or parchment paper between the dates and the lid, just like you do the bottom. On the plus side, the dates are very tasty and the ones that didn't get smooshed looked like the ones in your pictures.

The dates that were ordered--Soft Rhumba, were received last week. The last few orders made are not soft though. They are hard and dry-ish. I have not opened them and they are still in the USPS box. I can hear them, rolling around in the box, which means there are hard. Honestly I want to return them. Am I ordering the wrong dates? I'm hoping to receive soft, mushy dates, as always. Any feedback is appreciated!
